Model & Mould Construction

Cutting & Layup (Lamination)
In our climate-controlled cleanroom, precision meets craftsmanship.
We use automated plotter cutting to prepare carbon fiber skins, followed by manual layup performed by trained technicians. Each ply is placed according to a detailed layup schedule (ply book), ensuring structural accuracy and weight optimization.

Curing – Ovens & Autoclaves
Once laminated, the parts are cured to achieve their final strength and durability.
Using industrial ovens and high-pressure autoclaves, we apply heat and pressure under vacuum conditions. This ensures proper resin flow and fiber bonding — the backbone of high-performance composite parts.
